Your host Ted has always worked in the hospitality industry and has a passion for cooking. He has done this since his 15th and learned the tricks of the trade from an early age. We offer our guests the opportunity to dine with us. Ted prepares the most delicious courses, with exciting and sometimes daring, but always delicious flavor combinations.
